Everything hurts
I recently decided to polish off my old Judo gi and go to a local judo club. The internet is your friend, I googled "Judo Berkeley" and found a great little club, the east bay judo institute. I wore a white belt to my first couple classes but now they say I should come back in my brown belt. 3 classes into it and everything pretty much hurts. We'll see how long I can keep it up.
