Upcoming Talks
Steve Greene and I will be presenting on Agile Software development at two upcoming talks:
Agile 2007 in August.
Bay Area Agile in September.
Here's an abstract for what we will be talking about in general:
Salesforce.com has recently completed an agile transformation of a two hundred person team within a three month window. This is one of the largest and fastest “big-bang” agile rollouts. This talk discusses why we chose to move to an agile process, how we accomplished the transformation and how we are applying agile software development at scale.
We will also cover effective release planning, automation and test focused development and tools for driving communication across your organization.
