Presenting at Agile 2007
My coworker Steve Greene and I are presenting at the Agile 2007 conference this summer.
The talk is slotted for Monday, 14:00, 1 hour 30 minutes in Congressional Hall B
Here is the abstract:
Salesforce.com has recently completed an agile transformation of a two hundred person team within a three month window. This is one of the largest and fastest Agile rollouts, ever. This talk discusses why we chose to move to an agile process, how we accomplished the transformation and what we learned from applying agile at scale.
We are going to be talking about what we learned taking Salesforce.com to an agile software development process.
